This Return & Refund Policy explains how Tabasquish.us.com handles returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, leaking products, missing items, incorrect items, DIY kit concerns, and warranty-related requests. Soft toys and sensory items require careful return review. Return Window

Hygiene and Safety Standards

Once an item has been used, stretched, squeezed repeatedly, placed near the mouth, exposed to dirt, or contaminated with household residue, it may no longer be suitable for resale.

Soft Texture, Shape, and Surface Variation
Soft squishy toys may vary slightly in firmness, rebound, surface feel, transparency, glitter density, color tone, mold line, decoration placement, scent if present, or shape. Small differences can occur because of material behavior, production methods, batch variation, temperature, packaging compression, and photography conditions.
Minor surface marks, light mold lines, small air bubbles, temporary compression, or slight texture differences do not automatically qualify as defects. If a product arrives split, leaking, severely deformed, contaminated, or unusable before use, contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos.
Transit Compression and Temporary Shape Changes
Soft toys may be compressed during shipping. Temporary flattening, light package marks, minor surface impressions, or shape changes may occur when the item is first removed from its package.
These conditions are usually temporary and do not automatically make the product defective. Allow the item to rest at room temperature and gently reshape it with clean hands. Do not use heat, sharp tools, excessive stretching, or aggressive pulling to reshape a product.
Damaged or Leaking Items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, torn, split, cracked, heavily deformed, contaminated, or otherwise unusable, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days after delivery. Late reports may be harder to verify, especially if packaging has been discarded or the item has been used.
Include clear photos showing:
- The affected product
- The shipping package
- Inner packaging, inserts, labels, or product bag
- The shipping label

Do not discard the product or packaging until the review is complete. We may need the information for carrier review, fulfillment investigation, or warranty evaluation.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Do not open sealed packaging, use, stretch, squeeze, cut, wash, gift, discard packaging, or return the item before we provide instructions.
We may request photos of the item, product label, packaging, color, shape, order details, and shipping package. If the error is verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or another reasonable solution depending on item availability and condition.
Missing Items or Components
If your order appears to be missing an item or component, first check all packaging, inserts, inner bags, boxes, wrapping, and any separate shipment emails. Opened, mixed, poured, partially used, contaminated, spilled, stained, or missing craft materials may not qualify for return. This may include silicone-style components, glitter, mica-style powders, colorants, molds, tools, decorative accessories, and instruction materials.
If a DIY kit arrives missing a required component or damaged before use, contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos of all items received and the original packaging.
Product Damage From Use
Soft squishy toys are not indestructible. Damage caused by excessive stretching, twisting, pulling, cutting, puncturing, biting, chewing, pet handling, sharp objects, heat, freezing, rough play, or use outside the intended purpose may not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
Products should not be used as chew toys, teething toys, pet toys, bath toys, flotation items, food items, exercise tools, or medical devices unless the product page clearly states that purpose.
Small Parts, Decoration, and Safety Concerns
Some items may include decorative pieces, glitter, small accessories, packaging parts, or detachable components. Customers are responsible for reviewing age guidance and supervising use where appropriate.

Final Sale, Mystery, and Limited Items
