Warranty Period

What Is Not Covered

Examples of issues not covered include:

- Dust, lint, dirt, oils, stains, odors, pet hair, or sticky residue from use or storage

- DIY materials that have been opened, mixed, poured, contaminated, spilled, or partially used
- Products purchased from another website, marketplace, reseller, retail store, or private seller
Minor cosmetic packaging marks, small carton dents, slight product scent if naturally present, normal surface tackiness, and ordinary material variation do not automatically make a product defective.
No Therapeutic Warranty

Soft sensory toys and stress-relief items may be used for casual play, fidgeting, collecting, desk use, or gifting, but they are not medical devices.Product descriptions are not promises that an item will reduce stress, improve focus, support therapy, treat sensory needs, or meet every user’s texture preference. Soft Material and Texture Variation
Soft squishy toys may vary in firmness, rebound, stretch, transparency, surface feel, scent if present, glitter density, decorative placement, and shape. These differences may occur because of material behavior, batch variation, temperature, product size, production method, or packaging compression.
These differences are not normally defects. Warranty coverage may apply only when a product arrives with a clear, verifiable issue before use, such as a split, leak, missing part, severe deformation, incorrect item, or unusable condition.
Stretching, Pulling, and Handling Limits

Allow products to return to room temperature before use. Damage caused after delivery by hot cars, heaters, freezers, open flame, direct sunlight, damp storage, pet access, or rough storage is not covered by this Warranty.
Cleaning and Surface Condition
Some soft surfaces may attract dust, lint, oils, pet hair, or residue. This can happen with normal handling and does not automatically indicate a defect. Clean products gently according to product care guidance.
Warranty coverage may be denied if an item was cleaned with bleach, alcohol, harsh cleaners, abrasive tools, boiling water, high heat, chemical solvents, fragrance sprays, powders, oils, or other unsuitable products. If an item arrives damaged, contact us before attempting to clean, repair, or alter it.
Leaking Products
If a soft or gel-like product arrives leaking, report the issue within 7 days after delivery. Keep the product, shipping box, packing materials, label, product packaging, and any affected components until the review is complete.
Photos may be required showing:
- The leaking product

- The product label or packaging

- Any leaked material or damaged packing materials
If leakage is verified as a transit, packaging, or pre-use product issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, return label, partial refund, or another reasonable solution depending on product availability, claim details, and item condition.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your package is missing an item, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, photos of the items received, photos of the packaging, and any packing slip, label, insert, or accessory bag included with the shipment.
